Fransýr - Letná

Fransýr is a specialist French cheese shop offering a carefully curated selection of artisan cheeses, fine wines, and gourmet delicacies. At the Letná store, visitors can discover between 100 and 120 varieties of cheese, with a strong focus on France, alongside selected products from Italy, Spain, Austria, and Switzerland.

The cheeses are sourced from renowned regions including Jura, Savoy, and the Pyrenees, where great emphasis is placed not only on traditional production methods but also on proper maturation to ensure exceptional quality and flavour.

In addition to its extensive cheese selection, Fransýr offers French wines, premium charcuterie, and other gourmet products. Guests can also enjoy beautifully prepared tasting platters in a welcoming atmosphere.

Fransýr regularly participates in local markets and events, including the popular Saturday farmers' market at Kulaťák and seasonal festivals such as the French Market in Prague.
